Delete your data

If you wrote to DigitalRoad on Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, our website chat or our contact form, you can ask us to delete everything we hold about you.

What we keep from Messenger

When you message our Facebook page, our AI assistant may answer you. Your recent conversation is kept on our server for up to 24 hours so the assistant can follow it, and then deleted automatically. If you shared your contact details to be called back, we also keep that enquiry in our inbox.

How to ask for deletion

• Email hello@digitalroad.tech with the subject "Delete my data", or send the message "Delete my data" to our Facebook page.
• Tell us the name, email or phone number you used, so we can find your messages.
• We delete your conversation and any enquiry within 30 days and confirm by email or message when it's done.

Removing our app from your Facebook account

You can also remove the "DigitalRoad Agent" app from your account at any time: Facebook → Settings and privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. Messages stored by Facebook itself are handled by Meta under its own policy.
